Mission, Vision & Value

OUR MISSION

TO BUILD CONFIDENCE IN ALL NOTARIES PUBLIC SO THAT THEY MAY BE OF SERVICE TO THEIR COMMUNITIES WHILE FORMING LASTING RELATIONSHIPS.

Our purpose: to provide notarial services for everyone statewide that meet the requirements to have documents notarized. We want to create locations to be of service to the general public, professional businesses, and other notaries that are commissioned in North Carolina statewide by 2027. A notary should understand and know their full power to execute all documents that the North Carolina General Statute and Administrative Code gives them permission to do.

There’s not a week that goes by where we hear a customer being challenged with having documents notarized by their bank, the United Postal Service and or by independent notaries. As a notary that works for a bank or any other company, we all have the same Notary Public manual to follow. We all have the same laws to follow. It’s important that the notary take their position in this capacity very seriously and read, study, ask questions, to fully understand the scope of what they are allowed to do as a “public officer of the State of North Carolina.”

The founder of NC Notary Signing Services, Belinda B. Bennett, aims to help change this issue by educating all notaries that are willing to take the initiative to learn as much as possible through the available training that are offered in-person and online.

OUR VISION

TO HAVE LOCATIONS ON THE EAST, SOUTH, WEST, NORTH, AND CENTRAL AREAS OF NORTH CAROLINA THAT NOTARIES MAY TAKE CONTINUING EDUCATION TRAINING QUARTERLY.

We understand the importance of having a document authenticated and notarized without error. With the need for relevant state specific laws to be taught to North Carolina Notaries, with our Certified Commissioned Adjunct Notary Public Instructor, we are now able to start from the beginning where individuals become notaries and will benefit from affordable continual education given by our company after they are commissioned. We will offer the most concrete training opportunities and notary public tools starting with our journals, that assist North Carolina notaries to execute and complete their services with ease as it helps them with a checklist of everything needed to be done while assisting a customer and doing things correctly the first time during their meeting.

Over 75% of commissioned notaries once gaining their commission is well equipped to mentally work in their full capacity as a notary public. This is because the required course that is only held through many of the community colleges, some technical community colleges and universities only prepare the material to help a notary prospect go through the assigned notary manual and take an exam within 8 hours to pass with a score of 80% or higher. After their application is approved they can be sworn in as a public official and become a commissioned notary public for the State of North Carolina. There are no continuing education that test their notary skills within the 5 year term prior to taking a similar test to be recommissioned.

"Always Be Learning" is the motto of Belinda B. Bennett. She has found wearing the hat as an NC Notary Coach in her respective position, that combining her education, knowledge, certifications, and experience to create a training program that covers the elements to help notaries thrive during their time as a notary public. Our existence is bigger than us combined!

OUR VALUES
